Join the newest program at T3 Fitness Energy. Looking to lose weight and build strength? This is the program you want! We've found the secret to our success is accountability and team work. Not only team work between you and your coach, but also between you and the other women in your group.

This class is a 6 week session that meets 2 times per week with your coach and small group. Weekly, your Facebook group will hold you accountable during the days you are not in class. Each session comes with unlimited T3 studio classes.

The program comes with a meal plan and new recipes created specifically for T3 TRANSORM participants by Robin at Necessary Nutrition; food journals, before and after assessments, small group classes, Facebook community group with just your group participants, and knowledgeable coaches that don't just know how to get you fit; they have done it themselves through programs offered at T3.

An edgy and fun Pilates cardio class focusing on sculpting the core, arms, legs and seat muscles! Upbeat music, along with controlled movement and proper alignment will leave you feeling toned from the inside out.

Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity cardio, weights, heavy ropes, steps, your bodies natural resistance, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, bosu balls, and resistance bands. Circuit Training targets strength training or muscular endurance, cardio, and core work. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all exercises in a session. When one circuit is complete, one moves to the the next until the end of class. There are 10 clients per class, late cancells or no shows will be charged. Please register a head of time so our instructor can plan an AWESOME class for you. Class is 60 minutes long.

Deep Stretch (also know as Yin) yoga is calm, still and simple. It generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. As one of the key values in the practice of Yin yoga is patience, you will hold poses for 3-5 minutes each, allowing you to relax the muscles and move to tendons, ligaments and joints. Most poses are done seated or laying down.

POP Pilates is a “dance on the mat” where participants of all fitness levels flow from one movement to the next. This is an intense total body workout, where the main focus is developing a rock solid core. POP Pilates combines traditional Pilates moves with current Pop songs to create a fun and energetic experience.

Emphasizing cardio, strength and flexibility, this challenging practice incorporates athletic movements that energetically flow from one posture to the next, with some meditation.

With up tempo and familiar music, you will start out with an emphasis on cardio, strength and flexibility. Halfway through this class, we shift gears to deep stretch yoga – calm, still and simple. During this portion, we will target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You will relax the muscles, then move to tendons, ligaments and joints. TRX was born in the Navy. While waiting on their ship for further orders Navy SEALS could wait for weeks at a time before they could start their missions. Knowing that these soldiers needed to stay strong, TRX was developed so they could stay in optimal shape using these foundation exercises-Plank, Pull, Hinge, Rotate, Push, Squat, and Lunge. Suspension Training uses your own body weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer which are straps that can be used anywhere that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. This is great class to build strength.

Combining music and dance styles from all over the world with fitness principles and exercise science, Zumba will provide you with truly innovative and unique exercise class.

This class is recommended for children ages 4-11. With an active and playful approach we will be attempt fun yoga poses and start learning body awareness in your kiddos practice. Class is 1 hour and held in the main T3 Studio room.

We are NOW offering Kid Care during the Summer. Child must be age 4 years and up. $4 a child, please register your child prior to class because class size is limited to 8 children. Cancellations later then 24 hours before will receive a $10 cancellation fee.
