Circuit Training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity cardio, weights, heavy ropes, steps, your bodies natural resistance, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, bosu balls, and resistance bands. "circuit" is one completion of all exercises in a session.
When one circuit is complete, one moves to the the next until the end of class. There are 10 clients per class, late cancells or no shows will be charged. Please register a head of time so our instructor can plan an AWESOME class for you. Class is 60 minutes long.
