Deep Stretch Yoga

Yin yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. One of the key values in the practice of Yin yoga is patience. Yin yoga is calm, still, simple. Hold poses for 3-5 minutes each allowing you to relax the muscles and move to tendons, ligaments and joints. Most poses are done seated or laying down.
