This class is the perfect combination of Yin and Yang yoga. It’s a challenging practice with athletic movements that energetically flow from one posture to the next with some meditation. With up tempo and familiar music, you will start out with an emphasis on cardio, strength and flexibility. Halfway through this class, we shift gears to deep stretch yoga – calm, still and simple. During this portion, we will target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. You will relax the muscles, then move to tendons, ligaments and joints. Most poses are done seated or laying down.
