Where do you find your inspiration? I love teaching beginners, especially the ones who “never” thought they could do “it”, and seeing them go beyond what their head (or someone else) said they could/couldn’t do.

What is your favorite exercise? I like RIPPED (obviously) and Pilates – I need to get back to more stretching to keep flexible!

Your ‘go to’ tune to sweat to? Most everything on the RIPPED playlist.

Any secret cheat foods? Nacho Cheese Doritos and Marie Callendar chicken pot pies – the LARGE ones!
