Meet Jamie she is our new Barre instructor! Here is info about her. She has been subbing for us so you may have had her class already! πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€” **Monday BARRE at 10am with JamieπŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ First off, I want to say how excited I am for this opportunity. For those of you that do not know me, my name is Jamie and I’m excited that I can bring a little bit of my passion to a workout setting at a gym that I love going to myself. Growing up I was a dancer of all genres including ballet, lyrical, jazz and tap. On a different note, let me fill you in on a little bit about myself. I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I have been a stay at home mom since my 9 year old daughter was born and I have enjoyed every second of it. My hobbies include reading a good book, spending time with my family, traveling, having a good laugh with my tribe of friends, using essential oils, and educating others about them. Now I am so incredibly excited to add teaching BARRE to my list of hobbies. I am grateful that God has allowed me to start this new journey with T3, but also alongside the community of women that make this gym what it is. Pound has been a part of my life for the past year, and I have seen and felt first-hand the effects of regular practice. Uniting the mind and body through an exhilaratingοΏ½full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength trainingοΏ½with yoga and pilates-inspired movements is a tool that can be used to maintain balance throughout all of life’s activities. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share this beloved practice through teaching. No judgments or expectations will be present in my classes, only a willingness to participate for the love of our bodies and others.
